Version of 2026-09-27.
These terms govern the use of def-2.msk.sh and the services of Paymenter ("we"). By registering or placing an order you accept them.
1. Services
1.1. We provide virtual and dedicated servers, game servers and related services within the chosen plan.
1.2. A service starts after the invoice is paid. Access details are sent by email and shown in the client area.
2. Payment and renewal
2.1. Services are paid in advance for the chosen period. The price is fixed in the invoice.
2.2. A renewal invoice is issued a few days before the period ends. An unpaid service is suspended and later deleted together with its data.
2.3. Unused time is not refunded. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the services for:
- spam, phishing or distributing malware;
- attacks on other networks and systems, including DDoS;
- content that breaks the law or third-party rights.
We may suspend a service that breaks these rules without a refund.
4. Liability
4.1. We do our best to keep services running but are not liable for lost profit or data. Keep backups.
4.2. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
